Returns & Exchanges
At Luna Daze, we’re committed to you. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to find a solution if you are eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Certain exceptions apply if an item was on back-order or arrived late.
- There is a $9 restocking fee applied to all orders, for each item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original packaging preferred.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Additional non-returnable items: Promotional or SALE Items, Gift cards, Downloadable software products, Lingerie or Bathing Suits, House Decor or Electronics/ Accessories, and Health, Beauty, and Personal care items
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, order number, and non-damaged items. We are not responsible for return costs.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address on package. It may get lost in transit, and this is not our responsibility. To return your product (if it is applicable within our policy), then mail your product to us at: Luna Daze PO Box 2346 Running Springs, CA 92382
- We normally only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, perhaps a different size or style- simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to see what we can do.
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, it must be sent back in brand new condition. Once accepted, we will send you a store credit to purchase a new one, but we do not cover additional shipping costs.
- It may be easier and cheaper to gift your current item to a friend or loved one. We can then offer you a huge discount code for your troubles so you can be sure to get the item you want while it is still on sale! Please email us for this option.
- REFUND (IF APPLICABLE):
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Or you may only be applicable for store credit.
- If you are applicable for a refund, the cost of shipping or exchange will be deducted from your refund, as well as any coupon or discount code that you may have used. Additionally a $9 restocking fee will be applied to each item from your return.
- LATE OR MISSING REFUND FUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
- SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE):
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or promotional items cannot be refunded. Email us for certain circumstances and you may be eligible for store credit or a huge discount code for your next purchase.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or card will be e-mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

- To return or exchange your product (if it is applicable), you should mail your product to:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, or the item you exchanged your original order for, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost parcels.
