HOW DO I FIGURE OUT MY SIZE?

  • Each product has size charts and/or measurements underneath the Specifications section within the description, on each product page. Please view our Size Charts page for more specific information such as a way to convert measurements, ring size charts, and measurement errors.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

  • We ship to almost anywhere in the world!

WHERE IS MY ORDER? 

  • Be sure you entered the correct contact information when ordering. This is how you will receive order confirmations, shipping updates, and tracking codes.
    • Before reaching out, check with your local Post Office. Sometimes your package can be held there under your name or tracking number. 

I ENTERED MY ADDRESS WRONG, CAN IT BE CHANGED?

  • Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours, we can change your order once you provide us with the correct address. 
  • Otherwise... we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. If your order is tracked as delivered to the address you provided us, then we are no longer responsible. We suggest that you track your order to the address you entered. 
    • Please enter your address carefully at checkout! Even the slightest direction error or zip code error in your address, can cause a huge delay in receiving your package. This is beyond our control, once it is processed and shipped. Refunds are not permitted. 
    • In some rare cases, the package may be returned to us or one of our suppliers. We may be able to resend your order once we are notified or have the items back. You may be subject to additional fees to cover the additional shipping costs. Refunds are still not permitted. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • *Estimated delivery times: Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery.
    • These shipping estimates are stated on every product page. However, in some rare cases they may be subject to small unexpected delays such as back-orders, high-demand sales, or Holidays. While we strive to get our customers their products as quickly as possible we are sometimes at the mercy of the postal service or supplier error.
  • Please remember that promotional or high demand items can take up to 3 - 4 weeks for delivery, or up to 6 weeks if you reside outside of the United States (due to customs).
    • Shipping takes longer for some items because you are scoring such a huge overstock discount, the demand is very high, the warehouse is out of state, and/or we are busy doing the best we can!
    • If there is an option on a promotional item for faster shipping or tracking, we highly suggest you choose this to avoid long wait times or impatient frustrations. If you don't want to spend those extra few dollars, don't worry, the wait is always worth it and your items will arrive regardless!

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • Every order (with the exception of promotional giveaway items) comes with a unique tracking number, which can be found in your shipment confirmation email (approximately 3-7 business days after purchase). You can track your order by entering the tracking number into the tracking services below:
    • For US orders, you can use USPS tracking by clicking HERE ⬅ 
    • For international orders, you can track your order HERE ⬅ 
  • MY CODE DOESN'T WORK?
    • If you received a tracking code and it does not register, please check back in a few days. It will update periodically as your order is in transition to you. You will receive these updates via email or mobile, depending on which method you chose at checkout. Be sure that you entered your email or telephone number correctly to get updates on your order. 
  • NEVER GOT A TRACKING CODE?
    • First, be sure that you entered your contact information (email or telephone number) correctly when you ordered. This is how you will get updates. Once your order is processed and you receive the shipping confirmation email, it can take up to 5-7 business days for the tracking code to update.
    • If you ordered a promotional giveaway item, you may not receive a tracking code. We normally do not offer tracking information for most of these items, due to the immense demand and extremely discounted price. However, if needed we can track them down as long as the allotted timing (about 3 weeks) has passed
  • TRACKED AS DELIVERED?
    • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to file a Trace Claim for the missing shipment. Sometimes it helps to wait a day or two, as the tracking system can lag. Sometimes "delivered" means it arrived at your local post office, and will be in transit to your shipping address within a couple of days.
      • We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that are successfully tracked to the shipping address you originally provided us. Other possible factors such as postal theft or neighbor theft, is beyond our control. We send our orders in non-obvious packaging to avoid this as much as we can.

MISSING ITEMS FROM ORDER?

  • If an item is missing from your order, don't fret quite yet! As mentioned, we ship from our California office, as well as multiple suppliers around the world, to be able to offer unique items at a decent price!
    • Therefore, some products take longer than others and your order may arrive in separate shipments. Please view the shipping estimate times that are located on each individual product page.
      • Remember that promotional items take longer to arrive than our other retail products.

  • If you receive one shipping confirmation email, then all of your items have been processed and prepared for shipment at the same time.
    • However, in some cases this does not mean that they will all arrive in the same package or exactly at the same time. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

I WANT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER!

  • After an order is placed we are rarely able to modify it due to our processing system. This includes cancellations, quantity, styles, or sizing.
  • If you would like to cancel or change your order, we will do our best to accommodate you if it is within 24 hours
  • If it is too late and you still don't want your order, you can send it back to us for an exchange or gift card! You may only request this once we have received all of the undamaged items back, preferably in their original packaging... as long as they are eligible (see Refunds & Exchanges page HERE).

      REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

      • Go to our Refunds & Exchanges page HERE for detailed information and eligibility requirements on returns, refunds and exchanges.
      • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. There is a $10 restocking fee applied to all orders, for each item, as well as a limited amount of time you can return it (30 Days). 
      • If you bought your item while it was on promotion, then it is non- refundable. Email us for certain concerns and we can work something out. If you send us an item not valid for return... do not expect a refund. We will send it back to you or offer you a store credit. 
      • We normally only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, perhaps a different size or style- simply send us an email at support@lunadaze.com to see what we can do.  

      SHIPPING:

      Any shipping information or concerns can be accessed in extreme detail on our Shipping Information page. 

      • Orders are packed and shipped Monday- Friday only.
      • Be sure to enter the correct email address and/or phone number to receive shipping updates or tracking codes with your order. If you enter your address wrong, reach out to us as soon as possible! Once your order is processed we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect shipping addresses, unless we receive the items back. 
      • Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours from the order date, but commonly it can take 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS. Orders placed on the weekend are processed on the next business day. 
      • During holidays, promotional items, popular items, or during busy site-wide sale events, your order may be delayed up to 10- 15 days.
      • Promotional items (high demand) normally take up to 3- 5 weeks for delivery. We suggest choosing faster shipment methods when offered to ensure tracking!
      • If an item is missing from your order, please note that we ship from multiple suppliers around the world to bring you rare and unique items, at a decent price! This means your order may arrive in separate shipments around the same time. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
      • If you have your tracking # you can track your item HERE or at the USPS website, depending on your location. 

      HIGH SHIPPING COSTS?

      • This may be because you've added too many FREE promotional items. Shipping is charged PER ITEM! This starts at $7.95 and up. This is to ensure that we can give away items to multiple customers, as well as cover our shipping costs and base pricing. We've had to implement this so that customers don't abuse this stellar deal!
      • Remember, stock is very limited with these promotions and they sell out fast. We wish we could just gift everything away for FREE, but unfortunately that is not the world we live in. Commonly, if you order more than one of the same items and styles (together), the shipping costs reduce, the more you order.
      • To reduce the shipping costs, simply remove any FREE Promotional products from your shopping cart.

      • Why stop shopping when you can receive free shipping? With a minimum purchase of $50 or more at Lunadaze.com, shipping is no cost to you.
