Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns

At Luna Daze, we’re committed to you. We’re able to offer you amazing discounts because we don’t house inventory after our sales end, and therefore cannot process returns except in very limited circumstances. However, we want you to be delighted. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re committed to doing our best to find a solution. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There is a $9 restocking fee applied to all orders, for each item, as well as a limited amount of time you can return it (30 Days). If you bought your item while it was on promotion, then it is NON- REFUNDABLE! Email us for certain concerns and we can work something out.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that each item has a restocking fee of $6, as explained.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@lunadaze.com.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to.  Our standard US shipping cost is $5 unless you order a larger amount of weight.  On FREE promotional items shipping starts at $9.95 as we are shipping from our different warehouses overseas, however if you order more than one of some of the items shipping may be reduced!

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This depends on the product ordered.  Most of our products typically take only a few days to get processed and shipped out.  Extremely popular products can cause a 1-2 week delay. Once shipped, it only takes your order up to 3 weeks. For other items like free promotional items please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery depending on demand. Shipping to Canada, Australia, The United Kingdom, Mexico, and Puerto Rico can take up to 60 days due to customs. If you're still not sure, just email us.  We're happy to help.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Contact us to track them down if needed :)!

International Shipping

Lunadaze.com ships worldwide to nearly every country across the global, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more. We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely. Please note that shipping to destinations outside of the USA can take up to 7-9 weeks due to customs and longer shipping times. 

We partner with major international shipping companies like DHL, UPS, FedEx, IB, and EMS.

What is item processing time?
After we receive your order, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality. The precise processing time is variable and dependent on many factors (e.g. item design, material and complexity). Items which feature stitching, multiple materials, embellishments, decorative work and intricate patterns may require additional time during the detailed QC process. For relatively simple items and small orders, generally speaking, the average processing time is 3-5 business days (approx.) however more popular items and/or larger orders can require up to 10 days and, occasionally, 7 days to fully process before shipping out. Your total satisfaction is important to us and we appreciate your patience.

1. Due to customs clearance times getting longer, Standard Rate Shipping and Hong Kong Post times have been affected.

2. Annual Chinese Public Holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 3-4 days and sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient.

3. Processing time: In order to guarantee the quality of products, lunadaze.com has to prepare your goods before they are shipped out. We perform strict quality control on the products and carefully package your items.

4. Due to the weight and size limit on items imposed by Hong Kong Post, not all items are eligible. Some items can only be dispatched by Standard Rate Shipping and Expedited Rate Shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Important Notes:

- Certain items are prohibited by some shipping carriers. If your order contains these items for the shipping carrier you selected, we will re-route your order via another carrier to ensure it arrives safely. This may require additional shipping time.

- All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

- Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

· We ship all packages from our warehouse and distribution center.
