This page will help with questions regarding tracking, long shipping times, or missing items!
- Be sure that the fixed shipping time listed on each product page has passed before reaching out!
- If you have your tracking number you can track your item HERE or at the USPS website, depending on your location.
- Most of your answers can be found on any of our Help Links located on footer of website or in mobile menu bar. Pages such as: FAQ or SHIPPING INFO.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
- Be sure to enter the correct email address and/or phone number to receive shipping updates or tracking codes with your order.
- If you entered an incorrect shipping address and your order was processed, please scroll down to "TRACKING" section below.
- Remember, promotional or high demand items can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery, as well as an extra week or two if you reside outside of the United States (due to customs). Shipping takes longer for promotional items because you are scoring such a huge overstock discount, the demand is very high, and we are busy doing the best we can!
- If there is an option on an item for faster shipping (AKA better tracking), we highly suggest you choose this to avoid long wait times or frustrations if you tend to get impatient. If you don't want to spend those extra few dollars, don't worry, the wait is always worth it and your items will arrive regardless.
- Before reaching out, be sure you have checked with your local Post Office. Sometimes your package can be held there under your name or tracking number.
MISSING ITEMS FROM ORDER?
- If an item is missing from your order, don't worry! We ship from multiple suppliers around the world to bring you rare and unique items, at a decent price! This means your order may arrive in separate shipments around the same time. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
- We have a large assortment of products in multiple warehouses around the world. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. However we are working on reducing this!
- Remember that Promotional (FREE) items take longer to arrive than our other retail products.

My code doesn't work:
- If you received a tracking code, please check back in a few days. It will update periodically as your order is in transition to you. You will receive these updates via email or mobile, depending on which method you chose at checkout. Be sure that you entered your email or telephone number correctly to get updates on your order.
Never got a tracking code:
- If you did not receive a tracking code, first be sure that you entered your email or telephone number correctly to get updates on your order. Once your order is processed, it can take up to 5 days to receive a tracking code.
- If you never received a tracking code after it was processed, chances are that you ordered a promotional item. We normally do not offer tracking information for most of our promotional items, due to the immense demand and extremely low price. However, if needed we can track them down as long as the allotted timing (about 3- 4 weeks) has passed.
- If you did not receive a tracking code after it was processed AND you did not order a promotional (free) item, then please reach out to us on our Contact Us page, so we can re- send it over to you.
TRACKED AS DELIVERED?
- If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to file a Trace Claim for the missing shipment. Sometimes it helps to wait a day as the tracking system can lag, and "delivered" means it arrived at your local post office. This means it should arrive in a couple of days after, at most.
- We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the shipping address. Other possible factors such as postal theft or neighbor theft, is beyond our control. This is why we always recommend you pay for faster shipping (AKA better tracking) especially with orders outside of the U.S. or for promotional items!
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
- Please double check your shipping address! Even the slightest direction error in your address, can cause a huge delay in receiving your package. This is beyond our control once it is dispatched to the Post. We will have to wait until it is returned to us or our supplier, before we can resend your order out to you. Refunds are not permitted during this time.You may be subject to additional fees to cover the additional postage costs.
- We do not take responsibility for orders that show successful delivery to an incorrect shipping address that was input by the customer, without getting items returned to us first. There is a small window of opportunity to change shipping addresses, so please double check this!
